Where your information goes
Account, profile and documents
Supabase manages account authentication and stores your private profile, objectives, drafts and documents. The dedicated database is in Canada. Each user’s records and files are restricted to that user. Vercel hosts the website and handles application requests. We do not promise that every processor operates only in Canada.
Official-source searches
When you authorize a Grants.gov search, only the search terms you enter are sent to that service. Your profile and uploaded documents are not attached. Do not put confidential or personal information in those search terms.
AI and voice
When you authorize an international AI search, your query, selected countries, residence country and dates are also shared with the model provider and its web search service. Search discoveries need a review of the official rules and are not automatically added as verified catalogue entries. When you authorize an AI draft, the entered project facts and the verified programme requirements are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to OpenAI / Microsoft Azure. Uploaded files and the saved profile are not sent automatically. Dictation is optional; the browser’s speech service may process audio. GrantPrizePath does not store audio.
Advertising and current limits
Advertising and third-party advertising trackers have not been activated. There is no paid user subscription. The service remains in development; source coverage, automatic document reading, scheduled discovery and external submission are not complete. AI generation still requires a successful live verification.
